My name is Katie Choury and I started my at home baking business in fall of 2022. After being in the corporate consulting world for 13 years and having my 3rd kid in March of 2022, I was overworked, overwhelmed, missing my children and missing things that mattered most to me….FOOD! I wanted…ok needed to take a step back. But with my Type A personality, I didn’t even quit my corporate job before starting baking for the holidays and selling my favorite pumpkin bread. I told myself this was just for fun and a little something to keep me going but little did I know it would take off and start fulfilling me and my needs more than I knew.
Baking to me is so much more than providing something tasty for people to eat. It’s a way for me to connect with someone through the love of food, the flavors, the design, and most importantly the way food makes them feel.
