Our Scratch & Dent puzzles are brand new and fully playable. Each includes a factory-sealed bag of pieces and a full-size poster. The outer box may have cosmetic imperfections, such as dents, creases, or torn shrink wrap, but the puzzle itself is complete and ready to enjoy. They all still come factory sealed.
These imperfections won't affect your puzzling experience, and we proudly provide free missing-piece support in the rare event that a piece is damaged or missing.
